Artecity in Miami Beach is a project by Arquitectonica comprised of five buildings located just a few blocks west of the city's popular beaches and golf clubs. Besides its 61 units within the Governor building that offer one bedroom, you'll find 55 and 58 units within the two Artepark buildings, respectively. There are also eighteen townhouses and ten “junior suites” plus various retail.

About three or four blocks to the east are the beaches that extend north and south into areas like South Beach which is home to Ocean Drive. The Fillmore is also a few blocks south of Artecity and is often used as a concert venue by popular music acts. If you take Washington Street to the south you'll also find Lincoln Road.
